Who we sell to
Rainbow Wholesale sells to businesses only. Apply for a wholesale account with your seller’s permit and EIN.
How we sell
- Every item is sold by the box (the minimum order) or by the master case. Single units are not sold.
- Master cases are priced below the box price, as shown on each product page.
- Whole lots and volume orders can get a better price: see how offers work.
- All orders are subject to our acceptance and to availability until paid.
Payment
Payment is due before pickup or shipment, using the methods shown at checkout (card, bank transfer / ACH, or wire). Bank transfer and wire payments receive a 3% discount at checkout.
Checks are accepted on request. Goods paid by check are released only after the check has fully cleared our bank (usually 7 to 10 business days), and we may verify the check with the issuing bank first. Checks do not receive the bank-transfer discount.
Shipping
All orders are FOB Buena Park, California. See Shipping.
Claims and returns
Report shortages or defects within 3 business days of receipt. Transit damage is not our responsibility. Closeout and final-sale items cannot be returned. See Returns.
